PRINCIPAL
Responsibilities:
Manages a staff to include recruiting and hiring cleaning professionals.
Active participation with customers to resolve customer service concerns.
Effectively manage recurring schedules for efficiency and increased productivity Lead operations to ensure safety and accounting policies are upheld along with company values.
Develop a best-in-class team and workplace culture that improves employee satisfaction and retention for a primarily remote workforce.
Motivate leadership team Respond to customer inquiries for service and create sales estimates.
Qualifications:
The right attitude and problem solving skills are preferential over experience alone Willingness to adapt and grow with the company Process-oriented and results-driven in achieving aggressive goals.
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
Creative thinker who challenges conventional way of doing business.
Demonstrates and promotes ethical behavior.
Has strong leadership skills with an emphasis on hiring and developing high performance teams.
Computer literacy includes a working knowledge of standard business applications Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Willing and able to work during hours that the business operates.
