Scheduling Coordinator

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you are responsible for scheduling house packages, coordinating production and developing the shipping schedules for plant operations.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Submit delivery requests/changes into NVR's scheduling system and create accurate production schedules.
Create and update production delivery schedules.
Create and communicate schedule change notices and material correction notices to plant personnel.
Complete weekly/daily invoicing and billing for miscellaneous material.
Monitor field capacity plans utilizing NVR's vendor scheduling program.
Communicate with NVR field personnel Work closely with the plant's customer service department, materials department and Building Products logistics department to ensure operational goals are being met.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned and cross-train in other departments.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred 2years of administrative experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent planning and organizational abilities High energy and ability to multi-task Ability to adapt to changing demands Reliability and initiative to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional team environment Willingness to cross train within the office Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel (pivot tables and graphs) Life at NVRNVR has been helping families build their happily ever after since 1948.
